Venue & Booking Overview

Catering

Private-event catering is available through Legion American Heritage Bar & Grill. Our current catering offerings are designed for plated service and can be customized with available add-ons.

Beverages are separate from catering unless specifically included in a written agreement.

Reservation & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is due immediately upon signing the event agreement to reserve the date.

  • The remaining balance is due so that 100% of the contracted base total is paid no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 7 days before the event. The deposit is forfeited for cancellation after that deadline or for failure to make final payment by the deadline.

  • Cash, check, credit card, or debit card may be paid in person. Credit-card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee; no processing fee is added to cash, check, or debit-card payments.

  • Room rental is separate from catering. Beverages, gratuity, applicable Arizona sales tax, and approved additional charges are separate.
